Tickets – Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets are priced £8 for adults and £4 for children under 12. This includes VAT @15%. ID may be required for concessionary rate
2. A booking fee may be applied when booking in advance
3. Babies under 12 months admitted free
4. The Management reserve the right to exclude any ticket holder whose behaviour is deemed to be threatening, abusive, violent or other unacceptable behaviour. The management also reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is considered unacceptable
5. The Brighton Vegan Fayre is a no smoking zone.
6. No illegal substances, alcohol, food, bottles, to be brought into the venue at any time.
7. No readmission to the event after 4pm
8. The management reserve the right to change the entertainers, stallholders and special offers or any other part of the show at any time and under no circumstances are any refunds available in the event of cancellation of any of the artistes or any other part of the show announced
9. The management reserves the right to cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances and no refunds on tickets are available in any circumstances in the event of cancellation before or during the event
10.  No photography is allowed within the building without the written permission of the organisers.
11. Visitors consent to being photographed at any time during the event
12.  Visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users are welcome and will be admitted at a ‘two for one’ price if they wish to attend with a carer. If you require special needs of any sort please contact the organisers in advance so they may assist you
