The Food and Drink at an all day family show like this is hugely important – and even more so when it's all vegan! The Brighton Centre's event caterers Kudos Hospitality are supplying all the food and drink for the Brighton Vegan Fayre, and of course, all of it will be vegan. Foods for Life vegan catering and nutrition experts Tony and Yvonne Bishop–Weston have been guiding the Kudos team into creating an excellent array of quality vegan meals, snacks and drinks to suit all ages, tastes and pockets! You can pig out on smoothies and salads, tuck into burgers and chips, take the nippers to the Kids Café, enjoy a liquid lunch at the bar, do some cocktails or even go and dine in style in the Skyline Restaurant!
