3.30pm   Count Vincent Von Vegan -  Billy Jean Aubergine is not my girlBloody marvelous this aubergine lark, and possibly my favourite vegetable.  Drop by for a whirlwind history* of aubergines and their many uses, including a rather wonderful recipe for baba ghanoush – a creamy and indulgent aubergine dip.   The history element of this talk may consist entirely of willful fabrications… but do stay for the cooking.

4.30pm    Count Vincent Von Vegan - Pizza the ActionIf it’s got a flat surface you can top it, and if you can top it you can make pizza.  Join The Count as he explores how to make a variety of different quick and easy pizzas – both using vegan cheese and some fantastic vegetable-based toppings.
