Welcome to our online booking service for the Brighton Vegan Fayre 08. Please read this form and the Terms and Conditions carefully, then fill in and submit. Once submitted we will process your booking and return to you along with an invoice and a hard copy of this form for you to sign and return to us. Please sign and return the hard copy and enclose minimum 50% of invoice total, this will then secure your booking and we will allocate your stall/advert space and add you as a stallholder/advertiser to the website (if applicable). Any balance remaining is due by December 30th  2008 at the latest.

We are encouraging all our stallholders to do a really impressive 'show special' which will then be listed on the website and also in the 'Show Specials' programme. This is to encourage more people to come and shop at the show! Please describe your show special here - max 20 words.

Show Special – Trade

Likewise, we are encouraging all our stallholders to do a really impressive 'show special' for Trade customers which will then be listed on the website and also in the 'Show Specials' programme. This is to encourage more Trade customers to come and shop at the show! Please describe your show special here - max 20 words.

Tombola, Lucky Dip and BOGOF Stalls

 

We have several other opportunities available for marketing your products and services, including a Tombola stand where more elaborate prizes can be displayed all day, a 'Lucky Dip' which is ideal for smaller items, and a BOGOF stall. If you would like to donate to any of these, please contact the Yaoh office
